We get it — sometimes things just don’t fit quite right (even in paradise). That’s why we make returns as breezy as our shirts.

1. Easy 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return or exchange any eligible item. We accept returns on items that are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Purchased directly from islandtimeinternational.com
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or any item showing signs of wear.

2. How to Start a Return
To begin your return or exchange, just send us an email at contact@islandtimeinternational.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll walk you through the quick process from there.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem. Just let us know in your return email and we’ll help get the right item headed your way (while supplies last).

5. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the shipping.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
