1. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen method. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays (even island ones!).
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship nationwide across the U.S. All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selection.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates will vary. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep (or beach house).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We do our best to make sure every order arrives safe and sound. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, reach out to us at contact@islandtimeinternational.com and we’ll help make it right.
